IMPORTANT: NO PETS OR FOOD ALLOWED IN RBR TRACK AREA
Due to the newly renovated turf field at Red Bank Regional High School, pets and food are prohibited from this area of the high school.

PARKING/ROAD CLOSURES
- Parking is available at Red Bank Regional High School.
- Additional parking can be found at nearby Fair Haven Fields and MeadowRidge Park.
- Bathrooms are located inside the High School.
- All roads along the course will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning at 9:15 AM.
- Please make sure to arrive to Red Bank Regional prior to 9:15 AM or you will not be granted access to the RBRHS parking lot. Roads will open after the last runner passes the area.
COURSE
JOG STROLLERS
If you plan to run with a jog stroller, we ask that you line up toward the back of the starting area. Please be mindful of the runners around you giving plenty of room as not to cause any safety concerns.
WALKERS
We welcome all walkers to participate in the race. Please line up toward the back of the start area and allow runners to line up ahead of you. All roads will be closed during the race. A police officer will notify you if the roads are open to traffic while you are still on the course. If this occurs, please utilize sidewalks when possible.
WATER STOPS
There will be two water stops along the course. Thank you to Lloyd Family and our local Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts for manning the water stops. Water stops will be at Mile-1 and Mile-2.
5K START & FINISH AREA
Please make your way to the start line by 9:15 AM. The start line is on Ridge Road between Hance Avenue and the parking lot entrance to RBRHS. Please line up according to your race pace. Faster runners (sub 6:00-7:00 minute pace) should line up first followed by slower runners. Walkers and those with jog strollers should line up toward the back of the race. Parents of children running the 5k, we ask that you line your child up accordingly as explained above. Runners will finish on the Red Bank Regional Track. Water and Bagels will be provided for all finishers.
ONE-MILE FUN RUN
This is a fun run for kids that starts and finishes on the RBRHS track. The children will be led out of the track area, behind the school to a turn around point and then led back to the track for the finish. This race is timed but results are not recorded. Parents are permitted to run with their children. All children will receive a medal. Awards are not given out for this fun run.
KIDDIE DASHES
The dash will take place on the infield of the RBRHS track. Parents can line up with their children according to age. Dashes begin as young as 2 years old. Parents are not permitted to run with their children due to safety concerns. All children will receive a medal.
